a very beautifully built
Academy 1:350th scale
USS Indianapolis CA-35 and
IJN I-58 W/Kaiten Submarine
This is the ship that delivered some atomic bomb
parts to an island during WWII
It delivered those parts in July of 1945
It was sunk on July 30th 1945
interesting to think how the war  could have
been changed if the ship was sunk
before delivering it's cargo.
The ship also has a connection to the movie "Jaws"
Quint talks about being on the ship when it was sunk
it comes with a very nice plexiglass display case
It is for local pickup only
but will discuss delivery or meeting within reason
