This is a Arthur H Thomas Variable Speed Mixer, 3 Output Shafts, W Mixer Shaft, Old in working conditon.
More Information:
This is pretty old, and the power cord looks like it may have multiple splices in it (or somebody put electrical tape on the cord to hold it to the lab stand?).
There is a piece of rubber tubing that attaches the mixer element to the motor shaft.  I do sell chucks that might fit onto the shafts of this motor.  The motor has 3 output shafts that have different gear ratios.  All geared outputs turn as expected.
