Vintage Chatty Baby Slip Underwear Combo Tagged VHTF 1960s Fits Tiny Tears. I think this goes to the 18 not 15"? Chatty Baby its tagged Chatty Baby Mattel as it fits a 16" Tiny Tears all Vinyl doll as shown and there is room she is not included a model only. Its the slip panties combo with a snap in the back. It has some flaws its has yellow aging stains as shown in the close ups. Back area of the lace trim has an area of the lace detached from the seam. Another part of the lace has a small tear area both shown in the close ups. Minor pull threads in the back area inside. There is not holes found in the cotton and the eyelet trim is good I did not find any problems there. It needs to be ironed. Snap works. Displayable but not for the mint collector.
