Deliveries will be made within 1 working day *, from Monday to Friday by Express Courier, excluding weekends and public holidays. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with details and instructions to track the delivery. If you are not present at the time of the passage of the courier, a note of the passage will be left with the details to organize a new delivery.
* We constantly strive to respect the delivery times, but we cannot guarantee deliveries in 24 hours to disadvantaged locations, or for reasons of force majeure, such as particularly unfavorable weather conditions, which could make certain delivery services unavailable also affect the maximum limit within which to place an order and the expected delivery times.

You can return any item in its original condition within 15 days from the delivery date, through the following indications: choosing one of the following options:

The right of withdrawal lapses:

NB Like all items, you can return swimwear and underwear, but the items have not been worn. Products that, due to the nature of their materials, take on adaptation to the person (latex clothes, socks, catsuits, tights, net clothes and the like) are not returned. The return of these items is possible only if the garment has not been worn even for the test.
