PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Description:
LT-130 is the updated version of GFK-160, easier to operate. It can automatically or manually fill the bottle with a freely switch. It features discharging drip tight function and power cut memory function.
Functions:
1) Filling Time: Adjust the pump working time and control the filling range.
2) Waiting Time: It is the time gap between the first filling and the second; it is only used for the filler on auto state.
3) Counter: It will counter how many times it has filled.
4) Filling Speed: Adjust the filling speed.
5) Setting: Press this button when the filler is on; the filler will start working; fill your bottles until they are full/or to the volume as you need; press this button again so that the filler will remember the filling range; the filling range is setted.
6) Manual: Switch to the manual mode and press the button"Fixed Point" and it will fill as long as you press the button.
7) Auto: S

8) Filling range can from 5ml up to 3500ml, it depends on the filling time you set.
8) Widely used:  Can be used for almost all liquid filling, specially for oil, Washing fluid, Acid-base fluid, corrosive liquid, etc.
Operation:
1. Press the red power button on;
2. Put your bottle under the filling nozzle;
3. Press【Setting】to start filling;
4. Fill your bottle until the volume you need;
5. Press the【Setting】button again;
6. The filler will remember this filling range;
7. Choose the【Auto】or【Manual】mode to start working.
Notes:
1. The guarantee for this filler is one year.
2. The pump of this filler is diaphragm pump which is vulnerable part.
3. The pump should be changed when you find the speed of filling flow becomes slowly, please contact us to buy a new one.
