    Description

    This is a working label applicator that includes the conveyor.  Currently being used to apply front and back labels to wine bottles, this machine in its current configuration is running at about 1300 bottles per hour.  Recently refurbished, this machine has all new pneumatics, rollers, conveyor mechanics, bearings, peel plate and label supply reel and brake assembly.  This machine can either apply a single label or a font and back label when the labels are on the same roll alternating front/back.  It uses a capacitive label sensor so it can be used to accurately apply clear or opaque labels.  Currently configured for 240V, 3-phase but is capable of 460V, 3-phase.  Requires compressed air.  Although I listed local pickup, I am willing to ship it for cost of shipping.  It is already wrapped and on a pallet ready to be shipped or picked up.  The pallet measures 72x48 and is approximately 48" tall.  There is also a crate that has the conveyor ends, motor, guide rail, manual and misc. parts as well as a few spare parts.  Total shipping weight is 1,780lbs.
