I do not know the specific part number of this item. What you see in the photos is the only equipment you are buying.   As this is a very user specific item, I assume that any potential buyer would know more about this equipment than I do.  Some  details that should be noted:
1.  The style of the base: This unit has a rectangular cushioned base. Based on videos, I'm assuming the base is interchangeable but I am not sure.
2.  This item will require programming.** NO SOFTWARE/MANUAL INCLUDED**
3.  Structural considerations must be made to use this item as intended.
4.  As this item is designed to only assist gravity, it is not recommended for uses that attempt to defy it. (it ain't made to lift stuff)
