This is a brand new press kit from Season 1 of the 2017 FX series Taboo, created by and starring Tom Hardy, and Executive Produced by Ridley Scott. Set in 1814, it follows the story of a man who has been to the ends of the earth and comes back irrevocably changed. Believed to be long dead, he rets home to London from Africa to a circle of conspiracy, murder and betrayal and a dark family mystery. The show stars Tom Hardy, David Hayman, Jonathan Pryce, Oona Chaplin, Edward Hogg, Franka Potente, Mark Gatiss, Tom Hollander and Edward Fox.
The hardcover press book contains 80+ pages of beautiful artistic photos and images from the show, evoking the mysterious nature of the story. Also includes character and cast and crew information, as well as information on other FX series. It measures approximately 9 3/4" x 11/14", and has the title logo embossed on the cover and spine. There is a DVD with the first three episodes of the show.
It was sent to members of the Hollywood Foreign Press For Your Consideraton, and the HFPA watermark appears during viewing of the DVD. It has been stored by the original owner in a smoke and pet free environment.
