I offer you a professional tester designed to check the thickness and evenness of the surface of flexible tapes, both metal and plastic.
The tester is made in such a way that a dial gauge is mounted on a special swinging handle, which moves along the ground track.
The treadmill is perfectly coaxial with the axis of rotation.
Thanks to this, after inserting the tape, it is possible to check the irregularity of the tape thickness and the roughness of the surface.
The dial gauge has the smallest division of 10 μm.
The offered tester works very well for the receipt of all kinds of tapes and ongoing tests, because using a micrometric screw or a caliper it is difficult to quickly and clearly detect all kinds of changes in the thickness of the tape.
The offered sensor is made in Germany. It is in very good condition.
