Vintage Boho Convex PETER WATSON Dried Floral Assemblage.
These are shabby. What I mean by that is, they will need new hangers. There's only one with a hanger, and it is hanging on by a thread, not suitable for use without some tape or replacement.
Inside the convex glass "bubble" is off-gassing of the materials which has interfered with the clarity of the glass - they are not foggy but**the interior is completely sealed, and it will be next to impossible to clean. You'd literally have to disassembled them.
There are loose bits of foliage that will surely shift around during shipping.
I have been lightly tapping the pieces to get all of this debris to shift to the bottom, out of sight - but some will remain on the glass, despite this technique. .
Having said all that, i don't mean to give you the impression that this pair is crappy. Everything that I've described, i believe, is just part and parcel of the way these objects age. These blemishes are not uncommon; i just want you to be aware, that they have a shabbiness about them.
The listing is for a pair of two. Each one is 6 inches in diameter.
