    This is an old 4 5/8" long Esterbrook fountain pen.  It's equipped with a used 2284 nib (probably stainless-not gold).  The pen is in excellent condition.  It's marked Esterbrook with the R in the circle, and "Made in USA".   Winning bidder pays shipping and handling for US sales.
