Vtg Mattel Chatty Cathy Doll 18 Inch Redish Blonde Blue Eyes Chatter not Working

Description

She has strong stand alone body, some discoloration from age, string pulls but no noise. One eye doesn't close when laid down. Have found oily substance on neck and it wipes off and may be caused by previous owner oiling the chatter box string. Found in an estate. She was made in early 60's.  I use Ebay's estimated shipping. May use Fed Ex.
